Krakow Airport Terminal

Krakow Airport Terminal was opened in 2016 after renovation works and serves both international and domestic flights. 

It is able to handle up to 8 million passengers per year. 

Levels

Krakow Airport Terminal consists of three levels: 

Level 0 

This is the ground floor, which is for Arrivals.

From here, passengers can access to transportation, baggage carousels, passport control and lost luggage.

There is a meeting point too as well as a visitor’s centre and family rooms.

There are the check-in booths too, with access to the VIP Terminal and some restaurants and shops.

Level 1

This is the Departures level. 

Access to the hotel from this level. 

Find here shops, restaurants and access to boarding gates (18 in total, 14 for Schengen and 4 for non-Schengen). 

There’s a smoking area too, plus passport and security control. 

Level 2

In this level is where the observation deck is located.

Krakow Airport Business Lounge (Schengen): Main Terminal, between Gates 9 and 10. From 04:30 am to 10:00 pm. Services: Snacks, showers, free Wi-Fi, drinks, internet terminals, children’s area.

Krakow Airport Business Lounge (Non-Schengen): Main Terminal, within security. From 09:00 am to 10:00 pm. Services: Wi-Fi, showers, snacks, drinks, TV, Children’s Area, Internet Terminals.
